At the Brasswood Inn, we love to celebrate love – let us celebrate you! We can host small to medium wedding receptions, ceremonies, and private events.

About the Inn

The Brasswood Inn is a 12 room bed & breakfast with the Brasswood Cottage (1 Winthrop) immediately next door and the Brasswood Annex (16 Winthrop) just down the block. Group discounts are available for a total of 15 units, each of which include a private bathroom with breakfast and parking included.*

Our common areas include our fabulous front porch, newly renovated living room and bar, expandable back patio, and an accessible public restroom. Both inside and outside areas can be set up in a variety of ways to accommodate different events. Please note, while the main floor of the inn is accessible using a wheelchair lift off the back patio, the guest rooms are not currently fully accessible.

Capacity

• Up to 32 overnight guests, up to 120 event guests*

• Parking is available for up to 14 of our 15 units (subject to event setup)

*Events with 70+ guests may need to cover the back parking spots (#5-8) with a tent which reduces the available parking but increases the usable outdoor space, especially with the chance of rain.
