Enjoy the entire two-story apartment at 28 Winthrop St, Unit D which has all the essentials (AC, WiFi, parking) and more. Downstairs is a living room with a large, flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming (no cable), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and a half bath. The first floor also has in-unit laundry (supplies provided) and a private back deck with grill.
The two bedrooms are upstairs along with a recently renovated full bathroom. One bedroom is larger than the other and both have a queen size bed, closet and dresser. Linens, towels, paper products (tissue & toilet paper), bath products (soap, shampoo, body wash) and hairdryer are all provided.
There is also a bike rack and parking for one car included in the rate.

Provincetown’s West End features a variety of restaurants, bars, galleries, and entertainment venues within walking distance. Stay here and you will be less than two blocks (0.2 miles) from some of Provincetown’s favorite spots including Joe Coffee, Jimmy’s Hideaway, and the famous Boatslip Tea Dance.
This unit is conveniently only 0.2 miles from the Stop & Shop grocery store and even more restaurants just down Shank Painter Road.
For the pickleball enthusiasts, the Jerome Smith pickleball courts are only 0.4 miles away with parking and bike rack available (hours of play are 9:00am to 7:00pm).

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, 30 days advance notice is required in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Payment of the balance of the bill is due 30 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are required to pay the full charges of the stay. There is no refund for early departure.
Rates do not include tax and do not include the additional cleaning fee.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please note, 28 Winthrop is not accessible and there is no elevator. Steps are required to access the unit, including the first floor.
PARKING
One onsite parking spot is available and included in the rate. A second parking spot is subject to availability. Please let us know if you need parking (and for how many vehicles) when booking or prior to your arrival. Only registered guests may park in the designated spaces or they may be towed, including non-registered guests/friends visiting.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 3:00 pm or later. Check-out is 10:00 am for guests and 12:00 pm for your car(s). Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
CHILDREN & PET POLICY
Pets and guests under 21 years of age are not permitted without written permission from the owner.
SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (inside or outside), including tobacco, cannabis, vape, or any other forms. If there is any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the unit, guests will be subject to a $450.00 cleaning fee.
QUIET HOURS are from 10:00pm to 8:00am daily. No parties. This apartment shares walls with year-round residents and owners.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note, exterior security cameras are in use outside the front door and the driveway parking area. There are no interior cameras.
DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay which will be assessed after check-out and charged accordingly. Governor Winthrop Townhouse is not responsible for theft or damage to your belongings, bikes or vehicles.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This unit is property managed by Brian Calhoon and Tom Westmoreland who also own and operate the Brasswood Inn. 28 Winthrop is not affiliated with Brasswood in any way and guests who stay here do not have access to Brasswood amenities.

“We had a fantastic stay at the Winthrop Townhouse for Memorial Day! We arrived during a Nor’easter and Brian, the host, helped us bring our things inside making several trips in the rain (THANK YOU!). t was so great to have an entire townhouse to spend our time in especially during the bad weather. We were able to make dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and comfortably hunker down to a movie during the storm. I can’t imagine if we had been stuck inside in a small room that whole time. The rest of the week was extremely enjoyable and the close proximity to everything stood out as an added bonus to the beautiful accommodations of the townhouse. This place is a gem!”
